The Washington County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (BHDS) has administrative oversight of Behavioral Health Services (Mental Health), Children and Adolescent Services, Early Intervention, and Developmental Services (formerly Mental Retardation) programs in the county. Operating under the Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities Act of 1966, we administer a wide range of services including, but not limited to:
